The firs and most important step is to identify and define the problem. Its a crucial phase of design process.

Later relevant research is done to dig deep into the issue and gather insights.

Various ideas/solutions are explored followed by research insights.

Test solutions against use cases
Explored solutions are tested against the use-cases to finalize the solution.

Team Collaboration
Solutions are then discussed with the team members for feedbacks and feasibility.

UI Designs
UI designs including all states are made keeping the design guidelines in mind.

Development Support, Testing & Iterations
Developers are supported during the development process. Release is done after the testing. User feedback is gathered and continuous iterations are important part of design process.
